Kernel compromise via oversized SAS PHY count

Improper bounds checking in the Linux kernel mpi3mr SCSI driver allows local users to compromise the kernel via oversized SAS topology data. mpi3mr_sas_port_add accepts mr_sas_node->num_phys values beyond the 64-bit mr_sas_port->phy_mask capacity and shifts those indices into the mask. The affected path requires the mpi3mr driver and compatible Broadcom MPI3 storage hardware; oversized counts produce invalid mask operations, and no end-to-end exploit is published.
