System crash via conflicting MSI/INTx IRQ requests

Denial of service in the Linux txgbe driver allows local users to crash affected systems during MSI or INTx interrupt setup. The driver calls request_irq() for pdev->irq and request_threaded_irq() for txgbe->misc.irq on the same interrupt, causing registration to conflict. An affected WangXun txgbe network adapter using MSI or INTx rather than MSI-X is required, and the consequence is a host crash without reported data exposure or modification.
