Kernel out-of-bounds access via undersized statistics array

Out-of-bounds access in the Linux bnx2x driver allows local users to read and write beyond a kernel statistics array. The bnx2x_fw_stats_req query array is sized for E1x queue limits, but bnx2x_stats.c indexes it using the larger queue counts supported by E2 controllers. The condition requires bnx2x with at least 32 physical CPU cores or a num_queues value at the E1x limit; published evidence demonstrates UBSAN warnings but not code execution or a system crash.
