Bluetooth service loss via omitted controller reset

Denial of service in the Linux QCA Bluetooth driver allows local users to disable QCA6390 Bluetooth after a warm reboot. The qca_serdev_shutdown() path skips the vendor-specific controller reset because its closed-serdev guard suppresses the required flush and write operations. Triggering the failure requires QCA6390 hardware without an enable-gpios DT or ACPI property and the sequence enable, disable, then warm reboot; the resulting interruption is limited to Bluetooth service.
