Signed overflow via media-change timestamp subtraction

Signed integer overflow in the Linux kernel cdrom driver from 5.16 allows local users to trigger invalid arithmetic through an ioctl. cdrom_ioctl_timed_media_change subtracts the stored device timestamp from a supplied last_media_change value and compares the signed result, so extreme input wraps. A local account with access to a CD-ROM block device and its ioctl path is required; public evidence demonstrates a sanitizer fault, not a confirmed crash or privilege gain.
