Guest crash via NULL virtqueue callback

NULL pointer dereference in Linux 6.8 through 6.9.8 allows local users to crash a guest during legacy virtio-pci device attachment. The vp_del_vqs function calls the unset vp_dev->is_avq callback while classifying queues because virtio_pci_legacy never assigns it. Triggering the flaw requires local virtualization-management access capable of attaching the affected device; the bounded consequence is a guest crash.
