RT kernel crash via preemptible processor-ID lookup

Improper execution-context handling in the Linux qedf SCSI driver allows local users to crash an RT kernel during task management. qedf_execute_tmf() calls smp_processor_id() while preemption remains enabled, causing the kernel's processor-ID safety check to invoke BUG_ON(). Reachability requires an RT kernel using the qedf driver and a task-management reset path; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash and service interruption.
