System crash via repeated AMDGPU error-address free

A double free in Linux 4.2 through 6.9.8 allows local users with high privileges to crash the system through AMDGPU UMC error handling. amdgpu_umc_bad_page_polling_timeout repeatedly invokes amdgpu_umc_handle_bad_pages without clearing err_addr after it is freed, so a later pass frees the stale pointer again. The path requires an AMD GPU using UMC bad-page polling and high local privileges; the documented consequence is a system crash.
