Kernel memory access via unchecked pipe offset

Out-of-bounds access in the AMD display driver in Linux allows local users to reach memory outside pipe_ctx during vblank handling. In dce110_vblank_set, an unsigned offset derived from dal_irq_src indexes the fixed-size pipe_ctx array before any MAX_PIPES bounds check. Exposure requires local low-privileged access and the AMD display path; the resulting invalid timing-generator pointer can destabilize kernel execution.
