Kernel memory disclosure via negative stream index

An out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel AMD display driver 4.15 through 6.9.8 allows local users to disclose kernel memory. resource_stream_to_stream_idx returns -1 when no stream is found, and that invalid result is used as an array index instead of being rejected. Reachability requires a local low-privileged user to exercise the AMD display path with no matching stream; reliable write or crash impact is undisclosed.
