Kernel memory overrun via invalid display index

Improper array-index validation in the Linux kernel 6.7 through 6.9.8 allows local users to overrun memory through AMD display state changes. The AMD display code's find_disp_cfg_idx_by_plane_id and find_disp_cfg_idx_by_stream_id helpers return -1 when a plane or stream identifier is absent, and callers use that invalid value as an array index. The path requires local low-privileged access and AMD display handling; published sources do not describe a demonstrated exploit outcome beyond the reported overruns and negative returns.
