System instability via preemptible interrupt-only receive call

Improper execution-context handling in Linux 3.9 and later allows attackers to destabilize the system during NTB packet reception. ntb_netdev_rx_handler() calls interrupt-only __netif_rx() from the preemptible threaded completion handler used when idxd supplies DMA. Exposure requires ntb_netdev and ntb_transport with the idxd data mover; the resulting context violation can cause races and system instability.
