System crash via stale RDMA owner pointer

Invalid address access in Linux RDMA resource tracking allows local users to crash affected systems during resource cleanup. ib_create_cq stores KBUILD_MODNAME in kern_name, but rdma_restrack_clean later dereferences that pointer after an owning module unloads without deleting its tracked entry. Exposure requires an RDMA upper-layer module to unload while leaving such an entry; the reported consequence is availability loss only.
