Local driver crash via unset pipe index

Denial of service in Linux kernel 6.7 through 6.9.7 allows local users to crash the AMD display driver through a malformed pipeline state. The DML2 utility continues processing a display pipe whose index was never set and uses that invalid index when accessing pipeline data. Reaching the fault requires local low-privileged access able to submit AMD DRM modesets; the documented consequence is a driver crash.
