Credential disclosure via overexposed resource API responses

Information disclosure in Retool Self-hosted Enterprise 3.18.1 through 3.40.0 allows remote authenticated users to read resource credentials. The /api/resources endpoint includes resource authentication credentials in response data instead of withholding secrets from users limited to Use permissions. Any authenticated user granted Use permission for a resource can retrieve its authentication material, exposing access to the connected service.
