DLL hijacking in OpenOrange Business Framework 1.15.5 allows local users to execute arbitrary code through a writable install path. OpenOrange.exe searches C:\OpenOrange for required DLLs and loads them without validating origin or integrity, while default permissions let authenticated users place files there. Exploitation requires local authenticated access; execution under an administrator account grants that account's privileges, while ordinary execution enables persistence and code execution.
