Credential exposure via nonpersistent reboot firewall rules

Information disclosure in Atos Eviden SMC xScale before 1.6.6 allows remote authenticated users to read credentials after node reboot. The cloud-init configuration places the iptables access-control rule in runcmd rather than bootcmd, so the rule does not survive a diskful-node reboot. Exploitation requires authenticated network access to nonpublic sensitive URLs after a diskful node reboots; diskless nodes are unaffected.
