Credential theft via reversible password storage

Credential exposure in GRAU DATA Blocky before 3.1 allows local users with Windows admin or debugging rights to steal Blocky passwords. The login path decrypts the stored password and compares the resulting cleartext with the submitted value instead of verifying a nonreversible hash. Stolen credentials allow impersonation of the affected local Blocky user, but exploitation requires Windows administrator or debugging rights.
