Arbitrary file read via traversed UI path

Path traversal in NoiseByNorthwest SPX 0.4.15 and earlier allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files via SPX_UI_URI. The web UI file-serving path uses an unvalidated SPX_UI_URI value to select an asset, allowing /../ segments to escape the asset directory. The HTTP interface must be enabled, and requests must satisfy its configured key and IP checks; successful reads do not modify files or interrupt service.
