Unauthenticated root command execution via unsanitized dipaddr

OS command injection in Wi-Fi Alliance Wi-Fi Test Suite 9.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute commands as root. The wfaTGSendPing path interpolates the attacker-controlled dipaddr field from a TLV packet into a shell command and passes it to system() without sanitization. Access to the wfa_dut service on TCP port 8000 or 8080 is required; it is normally limited to the automation LAN, but exposed deployments permit full device control.
