Forward-power changes via unvalidated cross-site requests

CSRF in the application interface of TEM Opera Plus FM Family Transmitter 35.45 allows remote attackers to change forward power. The interface accepts a state-changing HTTP request without validating that it originated from the legitimate application workflow. Exploitation requires a logged-in user to visit a malicious website, causing the browser to submit the privileged request with that user's session.
