Post-login redirection via scheme-relative return URLs

Open redirect in MobSF before 4.0.5 allows remote authenticated users to send signing-in users to an attacker-controlled site. The login and SAML handlers treated any next or RelayState value beginning with a slash as local, so scheme-relative URLs beginning with two slashes reached the redirect response unchanged. Authentication must be enabled and a user must follow the crafted URL and sign in; the flaw changes the post-login destination but does not directly expose MobSF data.
