Guest-to-team-admin escalation via unchecked role transition

Improper access control in Mattermost 9.6.0, 9.5.x before 9.5.3, and 8.1.x before 8.1.12 allows remote authenticated users to elevate guests. UpdateTeamMemberSchemeRoles overwrites scheme-role flags without first rejecting an existing guest, allowing crafted values to replace guest status with team-admin status. Exploitation requires a remote team-admin session and changes the target guest's privileges within the same team; no system-admin access is reported.
