OS command injection in Siemens SINEC NMS before 3.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands with elevated privileges. The privileged command queue accepts user-controlled input without sufficient validation before passing it to an elevated OS command execution path. Exploitation requires a high-privilege application account and can compromise data and service operation under the queue's elevated context.
