Kernel warning via scheduler affinity race

A scheduler race in Linux 6.2 through 6.12.4 and 6.13-rc1 through 6.13-rc2 allows local users to trigger a kernel warning. The sched_setaffinity path falls back to the cpuset mask after a concurrent cpuset update, but wrongly invokes WARN when that mask and the requested affinity do not overlap. Triggering the condition requires control of a task affinity and concurrent cpuset changes; the reported consequence is an avoidable kernel warning with availability impact.
