Credential disclosure via serial-port cleartext response

Cleartext credential exposure in affected IDEC PLCs allows physically proximate attackers to obtain authentication data through serial commands. The serial communications interface returns user authentication information in cleartext when it receives specific commands. Physical access to the port is required; the exposed credentials permit PLC program retrieval and unauthorized controller operation.
