Controller secret extraction via external entity resolution
Published Oct 16, 2024 · Updated Oct 16, 2024
XXE in LrScriptResultsParser of OpenText Application Automation Tools 24.1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read controller secrets. The parser resolves external entities in attacker-controlled build-step and post-build input files. Control of those files is required; entity expansion can read controller files or send server-side requests.
