Improper input validation in Adobe Illustrator 2024 28.6 and 2023 27.9.5 and earlier allows attackers to execute code via a malicious file. Adobe identifies file input as the trigger but does not disclose the parser, file format, or validation operation that mishandles the crafted data. Execution requires a local user to open the file and runs with that user's privileges on Windows or macOS.
