Controller secret extraction via unsafe XpathReader parsing

XXE in XpathReader in OpenText Application Automation Tools 24.1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to extract controller secrets. XpathReader parses attacker-controlled build-step and post-build-step XML without disabling external entity resolution. An attacker must control an input file and have Jenkins process it; the same parser behavior also permits server-side requests.
