Authenticated server crash via unbounded active sessions

Uncontrolled resource consumption in affected Mattermost Server releases allows remote authenticated users to crash the server through its REST API. Session creation does not cap active sessions, allowing the sessions table to grow without bound; getSessions then loads the accumulated records. A valid account is required to create sessions and repeatedly request the session list, exhausting server resources and interrupting service.
