Stored script execution via Code Inspection rendering
Published Jul 22, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Stored cross-site scripting in JetBrains TeamCity before 2024.07 allows remote authenticated users to execute script on the Code Inspection tab. JetBrains has not disclosed which Code Inspection field accepts the payload or which rendering path fails to encode it. Exploitation requires stored attacker-controlled content and another user to open the affected tab, executing script in that viewer's browser context.
