Cluster-wide privilege escalation via wildcard RBAC grants

Improper permission assignment in Kubean before 0.18.0 allows remote authenticated users to gain cluster-wide privileges from a worker node. The Helm chart's clusterrole.yaml grants the operator wildcard verbs over wildcard resources and non-resource URLs rather than limiting access to Kubean resources. Access to a worker node hosting the deployment permits abuse of the operator's service-account authority to read, alter, or interrupt resources across the cluster.
