Stored script execution via unescaped timer description

Stored XSS in Gora Tech Cooked 1.8.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through a timer shortcode. The timer click handler reads the shortcode-controlled desc value and concatenates it into an HTML string without output escaping. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to store the payload in a recipe, and a visitor must open the compromised recipe page for it to run.
