CVE-2024-41812Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Internal-network data disclosure via redirect-following proxy

Published Jul 26, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024

SSRF in the /get route of TempoWorks txtdot before 1.7.0 allows remote attackers to read internal-network responses through the proxy. The handler checks only the first DNS resolution result before Axios performs the GET, so redirects or later DNS changes can reach local addresses and return their content. No authentication or user interaction is required; any internal HTTP resource reachable from the server can have its response disclosed.
