Browser script execution via unescaped view parameters

Reflected XSS in Tracks before 2.7.1 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in a user's browser through a malicious link. The stats view inserted id and index parameters into raw translated HTML, while the application layout embedded tag and view values in JavaScript without context-specific escaping. Exploitation requires a user to follow the crafted link; the injected script can read or modify data available to that user's active Tracks session.
