Improper access control in SAP NetWeaver Application Server ABAP allows remote attackers to read or modify data through a crafted URL. The affected URL allowlist logic accepts a crafted link that bypasses its restrictions and permits CSS or link injection in hosted web applications. Exploitation requires a user to open the crafted link, and resulting read or write access depends on the web application exposed by the server.
