Published Aug 13, 2024 · Updated Aug 16, 2024
Authentication bypass in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform ENTERPRISE 430 and 440 allows remote attackers to obtain a logon token. When Single Sign-On is enabled for Enterprise authentication, the REST logon endpoint issues a token without authenticating the requester. The token authenticates subsequent BI REST requests, enabling unauthorized data access or modification and service interruption.
