Browser script execution via insufficient input filtering
Published Sep 24, 2024 · Updated Sep 25, 2024
Cross-site scripting in ProGauge MagLink LX consoles allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser via crafted input. The web interface insufficiently filters input fields before using their values to render pages, allowing attacker-controlled content into the output. Network access and user interaction are required; successful exploitation runs script in the affected page's browser context.
