Path traversal in Kieback&Peter DDC4000 controllers allows remote attackers to read system files without authentication. The public advisory does not name the affected request handler, path parameter, or exact failure to normalize or confine attacker-controlled paths. Network access to an affected controller is sufficient, and the disclosed consequence is unauthorized file reading rather than code execution.
