Session hijacking via predictable random values

Insufficiently random values in AdaCore Ada Web Server before 25.1 allow remote attackers to hijack sessions by predicting session secrets. Random_String in src/core/aws-utils.adb biases output toward 1 and 2 and uses a non-cryptographic Mersenne Twister for session IDs and private keys. Exploitation requires enough PRNG output to recover its state, after which active sessions can be impersonated.
