Inadequate encryption in Siemens Location Intelligence before 4.4 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to read and modify connection data. The product web server enables weak TLS ciphers by default, allowing negotiated connections to use insufficient encryption strength. Exploitation requires man-in-the-middle attackers on the client-device network path; the consequence is confined to data traversing that connection.
