Stored XSS via unescaped header configuration values

Stored XSS in OpenMage LTS before 20.10.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through header system configurations. The Header and Welcome blocks return four Mage::getStoreConfig values without HTML escaping, so saved markup is emitted into storefront pages. Access to the affected backend fields is required; injected JavaScript runs in storefront visitors' browser context and alters page content or actions in those sessions.
