Server-side request forgery via unrestricted proxy routing

Server-side request forgery in cBioPortal before 6.0.12 allows remote attackers to reach internal HTTP resources through /proxy. ProxyController's catch-all proxy route removes the /proxy/ prefix from an attacker-controlled path, builds a URI from the remainder, and passes it to RestTemplate without restricting the destination host. Unauthenticated access is sufficient on public deployments; private instances require a logged-in user, and successful requests can scan internal ports or read and update reachable resources.
