Service hang via user-controlled regular expression

ReDoS in tf2-item-format 4.2.6 through 5.9.13 allows remote attackers to hang services that parse crafted item names. The decomposeName function inserts user-derived toRemove text into a new RegExp and evaluates it against the user-controlled itemName, enabling catastrophic backtracking. The path requires parseString to recognize a usable item with a missing output or target, monopolizing the JavaScript event loop and hanging the hosting service.
