Unauthenticated root shell via cshell task termination

Authentication bypass in Arris NVG443B firmware 9.3.0h3d36 allows physically proximate attackers to obtain a root shell. The /bin/cshell login handler erroneously grants root access when a ^e command over the UART interface terminates the sdb task. Physical access to the router's UART interface is required; successful exploitation exposes the filesystem and permits arbitrary code execution and device modification.
