Credential disclosure via plaintext shared preferences

Cleartext credential storage in Texas Instruments Fusion Digital Power Designer 7.10.1 allows local users to read saved credentials. When a credentialed connection is created, the application writes its credentials unencrypted to the shared prefs-shared.xml file under its Program Files data directory. Any low-privileged local account able to read that shared file can recover credentials saved by an application user.
