Cross-site request forgery in Spina CMS before 2.18.0 allows remote attackers to escalate privileges via a crafted URL. The public disclosure identifies Spina's admin pages controller as the affected locus but does not identify the state-changing action or missing request-validation check. Exploitation requires an authenticated privileged user's browser to follow the attacker-controlled URL, after which the request executes with that user's privileges.
