Authenticated stored XSS via unsanitized greeting message

Stored XSS in DrayTek Vigor3910 4.3.2.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script in login-page viewers. The Web UI stores insufficiently sanitized input from the custom Login Page Greeting field and inserts it into the page shown to every user who logs in. A valid management account is required to plant the payload, and a later user must view the login page, exposing that viewer's browser session to attacker-controlled script.
