CVE-2024-41570Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated SSRF via spoofed Demon callbacks

Published Aug 9, 2024 · Updated Aug 9, 2024

SSRF in C5pider Havoc 0.7 demon callback handling allows remote attackers to send arbitrary TCP traffic from the teamserver. The callback parser accepts a spoofed Demon registration, trusts attacker-supplied AES key material, and dispatches encrypted COMMAND_SOCKET requests that open, write to, and read arbitrary TCP sockets. An exposed HTTP or HTTPS Demon listener is sufficient; no operator account is required, and successful exploitation reaches services accessible from the teamserver.
