Incorrect access control in Feripro 2.2.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to read all administrative users and their privileges. The user-management overview at /admin/benutzer/institution/rechteverwaltung/uebersicht returns the complete user and privilege listing without enforcing authentication. No account or user interaction is required; the disclosed impact is limited to the confidentiality of administrative account and authorization data.
